This position puts you at the forefront of our strategy to make hospitality more rewarding for everyone, where your insights will directly influence our path forward.Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Extract, analyse, and interpret large and complex data sets to provide insights that inform strategies and track performance for the Customer Success team.Collaborate with various teams within the Customer Success organization, including Deployment & Adoption, Client Engagement, and Support, to assist with internal reporting, dashboard creation, and automations.Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting using SQL, Python, and Excel, presenting findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.Identify opportunities and drive process and procedure automation to enhance team and overall business performance.Collaborate effectively with the Customer Operations Team to prioritize and manage incoming work requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.?
