As a Data Analyst, your primary focus is on identifying and addressing data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating data-driven decision-making within Yobbers. You will lead efforts to use data for better decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation. Additionally, you play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among teams within our organisation by providing and analysing relevant data. Position: Data Analyst Location: Valencia, Spain or Leeuwarden, Netherlands Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be setting up and maintaining data systems as well as conducting in-depth analysis to identify insights, patterns, and trends for data-driven decisions; actively monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of data sources Implement and maintain data analysis processes, including developing dashboards and reports for effective data visualisation Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis; address and resolve data-related issues and inconsistencies Set up and optimise data tracking tools, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability Continuously assess and improve data systems for scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness; assist departments in making informed, data-driven decisions by providing insights and recommendations Align data initiatives with strategic organisational goals; collaborate with various teams or stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies REQUIREMENTS: Relevant experience in data analysis and management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in utilising data analysis tools and transforming complex data into understandable insights Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, event-based tracking (e.g., Mixpanel), and Metabase, combined with expertise in data warehousing and data modelling Proficiency with addressing data-related issues and enhance decision-making through data Strong analytically and being able to solve problems Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving skills Hands-on mentality and fostering a collaborative, growth mindset OFFER: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Contribution to your physical health (sports membership) Pension fund starting after a year of employment All the tools to be successful at your job A fast-paced scale-up environment
