Do you want to join us?Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, culture and disability.Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Sr Analyst, you will be engaged in :Co-Leading of core-banking credit risk-decisioning ecosystem Provenir risk engine, data base, and analytical environments.Co-Leading of parameterization, and maintenance of the risk decision strategy for the different portfolios at SCF Santander countries.Development and implementation of credit risk strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.Leading technological projects that impact on Credit Risk Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Department.Leading automated monitoring processes covering end-to-end admission process - Provenir risk engine system, data, and decision strategies accuracy (scorecards, credit risk policies, decision trees, etc.).Building regular risk admission reports and present these to the internal customers.Participation in design, development, and management of relational risk databases, and data marts based on automated ETL processes.Participation in implementation, and oversight of credit risk API-based processes (counteroffer, pricing, online behavioral scoring, PSD-based processes).Execution of SIT and UAT tests (unit, mass tests) including debugging analysis and conclusions based on test results according to Santander standards.Collaboration with the cross-country teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated effectively through the Santander organization.Support the team members, projects we focus on, and the concept of One Team, One Spirit, One Goal.EXPERIENCEyears of professional experience working with credit risk-decisioning systems and credit risk admission processes in a financial services industry.Strong credit risk assessment skills with focus on credit risk admission processes.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Excellent command of specific software like Python, Java, and SQL.Experiences with relational databases and ETL processes.Experiences in programming, software development
