This is one such role!**Are you ready to make a difference?****Role Purpose**The Digital Finance Manager, Reporting & Analytics will function as a link between IT and BPA teams. The associate will need to understand the business requirements and to support the local teams while scoping, testing and implementing new projects.- The key focus of the Digital Finance Manager Reporting & Analytics will be to identify ideas together with the Agile Finance Partners and key stakeholders to identify solutions and implement the same in the area of Reporting & Analytics.**Your Key Responsibilities**- Drive standardization by harmonizing and designing new Reporting & Analytics solutions and constantly improving and automating Reporting & Analytics end-to-end processes- Align with stakeholders, primarily key users of Reporting & Analytics tools, across the global Sandoz Finance organization to bring ideas to production, ensuring that identified needs and ideas are captured on the backlog of the Reporting & Analytics Product Line. This includes the description of the expected solution as well as information regarding scalability, improvements, automation and other anticipated benefits- Establish stable and lean end-to-end processes for existing solutions. Defining clear roles and responsibilities, timelines and process controls. Ensure full reliability of data shown in dashboards and tools as well as appropriate performance.
