With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission: You will assist in the TCP (Total Connections Planning) process and strategy implementation for PepsiCo brands, crafting comprehensive plans and predominantly digital activations. Collaborate closely with the rest of the TCP team and other PepsiCo stakeholders to ensure excellence and efficient achievement of objectives while participating and learning from one of the industry's tops. ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us: Assist in driving digital media initiatives while collaborating with other teams such as agencies, partners, internal stakeholders; to ensure top-tier development.Aid in evaluating the digital campaigns and plans to achieve alignment with the strategy and established KPIs.Contribute to the influencer strategy for each brand: providing support in drafting and evaluating agency proposals, scouting, and finalizing content.Monitor timings during the activation phase to ensure alignment with the corresponding stakeholders in each task (internal teams, creative/media/influencer agencies, or partners) to meet deadlines punctually.Ensure the digital creative adaptations are properly tailored for each platform, format, and message.Launch the final assets to agencies for timely plan launches.Provide support for strategic and creative Social Media initiatives, offering input and recommendations aligned with formats, platforms, and target audiences to accomplish objectives.Stay informed about market trends and remain innovative in implementing new ideas into our campaigns. QualificationsWhat will you need to succeed? Prior experience in Media, Digital, or Marketing are a plus.Consumer-Centric advocate and empathetic.Collaborative and goal oriented team player.Adaptive, curious and passsionate learner.Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English.What makes us different?
