Job Details Buscamos una persona interesada en la gestión y desarrollo de clientes para Kantar Worldpanel, para colaborar y realizar trabajos técnicos relacionados con los estudios de mercado : investigación documental, comprobación de tablas y gráficos, transcripciones, toma de notas, verificación de informes, análisis sencillos… con visión de cliente - empezando a desarrollar la comprensión de la estrategia del cliente y la valoración de cómo podemos contribuir/aportar valor a su negocio.
Queremos integrar a un nuevo miembro que nos permita reforzar el posicionamiento en cliente con el principal objetivo de impulsar la colaboración con éste.
RESPONSABILIDADES: Conocer y comprender al cliente, a su mercado y a su negocio, así como gestionar la relación con él, atendiendo con la mayor prontitud, exactitud y rigurosidad posible sus necesidades:
Realizar y analizar briefings, preparando las presentaciones de la propuesta/estudio.Realizar Estudios Especiales.Definir y realizar los proyectos solicitados por sus clientes, para la consecución de los objetivos fijados por el cliente y la estrategia diseñada para cada cuenta.Relacionarse con Operaciones (control de timing, comprobar el progreso del proyecto, dar instrucciones a Operaciones, dar especificaciones a proceso de datos…).Elaborar y ejecutar el Key Account Plan para cada cliente, que permitirá alcanzar los objetivos individuales y contribuir a los de la compañía.PERFIL: - Titulación universitaria en Mkt, ADE, Económicas, Estadística o Matemáticas
- Experiencia en un puesto similar o al cliente, en el sector del gran consumo
- Perfil con alta capacidad analítica, habilidades de comunicación y orientado a cliente que aporte un excelente servicio y recomendaciones de valor
- Informática a nivel usuario
- Nivel alto de Inglés y Español
