Sener is currently looking for an Electromechanical Product Designer to join our team at our Tres Cantos work center.

What you will do: Design and Development: Create and refine electromechanical designs for defence applications. Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency. Configuration Control: Manage and maintain design documentation and changes for quality and consistency. Integration: Oversee the integration of electromechanical components into larger systems. Validation and Qualification Testing: Conduct and supervise testing to meet defence standards and requirements. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as quality assurance, procurement, and project management, to ensure project success. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the process of continuous improvement of design and development practices. Interface with Clients and Partners. Prepare and follow-up proposals and bids for new projects. Participate in the negotiation of the contracts with Clients and Partners. Propose follow-up actions and recommendations for project evolution. What we expect from you:
Engineering Degree. At least 5 years of experience performing the tasks described above. At least 3 years of experience in project management. What we offer:
