We are seeking a talented individual to take on the exciting role of overseeing the financial health and compliance of our assigned EMEA legal entities. As the Finance Operations Accountant, you will have the unique opportunity to drive change and transformation agendas at the local level, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements, managing tax and statutory aspects, and driving compliance with internal controls.
Essential Job Functions: Drive accuracy and completeness of financial statements (Monthly IFRS and Statutory)Assist in the preparation of annual reports and statutory accountsSupport tax audits and GAAP conversionsEnsure effective control environment is in placeAct as a change agent to drive sustainable transformation across local entitiesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions ensuring cross collaboration to deliver the best solution Qualifications & Experience: Business fluent in EnglishCertified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)5-10 years of experience in an international environment - preferably from a global operating companyProven ability to identify and implement process improvementsStrong stakeholder management skills Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
