It will need interlock with the categories' community, countries and the business Partner to deliver multi-year successBe able to influence and partner with complex matrixed organization to secure progress and a unified approach where possible on Planning, Portfolio and PricingAchieves assigned Sales quotaEstablishes relationship with Partner at various organization levelsEducates and updates Partner on new HP technologies and solutionsDemonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competitionUnderstand CX key pain points and customer E2E shopping experienceWork with Partner to develop and implement actions to improve online CXImprove existing processes and propose new ones, in a complex environment predominantly in the digital functionContent process coordination with local teams : sharing best practices, identifying and addressing gaps, monitoring usage of content process/toolsSupporting Content process related queries and aligning with involved Local and Global teamsEagerness to learn and be a change agentEnsures compliance with Legal and SBC practices.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum 4 years of selling experience at end user account or partner levelVery strong analytical and commercial acumen is essentialCreative, inspiring and progressiveExcellent interpersonal skills.Knowledge and Skills:Understanding of the IT industry, vendors landscape, and the channel, including competitive positioningUnderstanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structureUnderstanding of a select set of HP's products, services and solutions.
