Oversee hiring, coaching, and career development for continuous growth and success of team members.Strategic Vision and Collaboration: Ensure alignment of the Member Hive's technical vision and strategy with company goals. Collaborate with product development leadership, managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions.Best Practices and Quality Standards: Promote agile methodologies, meticulous code reviews, and automated testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and elevated code quality.
