Excellent knowledge of English (verbally and in writing). Good knowledge of other languages is considered to be an asset.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience or affinity with contracts is considered to be a plus.Organizational skills that allow you to plan and prioritize projects, proven track record of driving projects through the entire project life-cycle,experience with project and change management.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Hands-on and can-do mentality.Be a team player, yet able to work autonomously.Strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.Which task can you expect?Identify opportunities to optimize and automate the operational and organizational aspects of the legal & compliance functions.Create, implement, manage and continuously improve processes and workflows to support the operational and organizational needs of a global legal & compliance organization.Assist in identifying, selecting and implementing tools (incl. legal & compliance tech) to streamline new or existing processes and workflows.Create,roll-out and manage supporting documents and trainings for processes and tools, based on design thinking.Define, develop, and manage overall project plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time.Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcomes
