Build to simplify.What you will doIn this role, you will own the end to end implementation of ERP across value chain.Responsibilities- Overseeing planning, deployment and integration of ERP system within timeline- Managing change across the organization to ensure successful adoption of the new system- Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects- Responsible for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the leadership team- Tracking, analysing and resolving issues with ERP system- Training users & championing new systemThe ideal candidate requires- Relevant experience with ERP implementation & change management with 6 years is needed- Experience in managing org wide programs & projects- Managing stakeholders across diverse functions- Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitudeWhat matters- Empathy toward all customers- Holding Context as your guiding force- Approach towards problem-solving- A positive attitude- Resilient attitude to bounce back after failureAbout UsExponent simplifies energy for EVs.Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner & Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL),Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e pump (charging station) and e pack (batterypack) which together unlock 15-min rapid charging.
