Key Responsibilities:
Develop new retained and talent advisory business and work with the research team to identify potential candidates across various industries and senior job functions.Collaborate with other consultants to understand client requirements and refine search strategies.Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.Engage with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases to streamline the recruitment process.Qualifications:
