To provide more direction to what we are looking for:3+ years of work experience in software development, including at least 1 year in Low code/Apps/RAD.Experience with at least 1 low-code platform such as Thinkwise, Microsoft Powerapp, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian.HBO bachelor's or Master's degree. An education focused on business and/or IT is a plus (e.G., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Information Management).Experience with ERP solutions and other core systems is a plus.Knowledge of or curiosity about the following technologies: BPMN, SQL, Microsoft Azure.You are open to new innovative ways of creating solutions.You have a passion for solving complex business/IT problems.You can see "the bigger picture" when it comes to solutions
