As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a talented Export Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the North Africa, Middle East, and select European markets.Position Overview:As the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence in North Africa, the Middle East, and key European countries. You will work closely with distributors, agents, and direct customers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cultural and business dynamics of the target regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in North Africa, the Middle East, and select European markets.Identify and evaluate potential distributors, agents, and partners to expand our sales network in the region.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Provide training, support, and guidance to distributors and sales partners to ensure effective promotion and sales of our products/services.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and make data-driven decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the industrial machinery sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.Deep understanding of the business and cultural dynamics of North Africa, the Middle East, and European markets.Ability to travel frequently within the region and internationally as needed.Proficiency in English and French.
