About the role: As a Fund Administration Manager, you will work in a client-centric team of bright and motivated individuals. Together with your team, you will support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry in their day-to-day operations through fundcraft's proprietary platform.In your position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational processes related to Fund Accounting performed by our Spanish team. As our ideal candidate you possess a deep understanding of fund accounting principles, experience in alternative investment fund administration, and strong project management and leadership capabilities.Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of operational excellence while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.You will collaborate closely with our Head of Fund Administration to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. This position is based in Girona, Spain and reports to our Head of Operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor our fund accounting team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best practices. Oversee fund administration processes, including transfer agency matters, NAV calculations, financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Act as a primary point of contact for the accounting and reporting output coming from our Spanish office addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
