You will form part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry.Employment duration: 1 yearThis position reports to Service ManagerYour responsibilities Providing remote or on-site technical support for customersExceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needsTroubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partnersCoordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobsSuggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer serviceYour background 5 years of experience in industry working as a maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally industrial automationSound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of electrical mechanical machineryKnowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagramsAbility to travel throughout Spain and occasionally internationally (Europe and further) for the majority of the yearThe availability to be on call on weekends, as per a pre-scheduled calendarA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsA technical training degree as an electrician or skilled mechanicSpanish or English language a must, strongly preferred both.
