A better future?We're Lear For You.Your Responsibility:You will be a member of the Divisional Headquarters Finance Team supporting regional administration entity. That means that in details you will: Provide timely the month-end reporting and support on financial forecasts / budget.Prepare accounting entries for month-end close.Contribute to preparation of regulatory reporting through cooperation with Country Finance and Tax Teams.Ensure the compliance of data and processes with Lear internal control, reporting and accounting procedures.Work with internal and external auditors.Optimize the processes and tools and drive to continuous improvement.Provide the support to Europe FP&A Team as necessary.Key Requirements University degree and at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or audit.Experience in Big 4 is a significant plus.Very good Excel skills. Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) application will be further a plus.Accounting knowledge and experience in preparation of financial statements. Knowledge of USGAAP will be an asset.Strong communication skills in English.Proficient analytical skills, ability to synthesize the data.Ability to work autonomously and on a self-initiative.Reliability in meeting the committed timetable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
