Retail company of recognized international prestige is looking for an Finance Manager to join the Spanish team.

Your main functions will consist of: Management of the company's finance and administrative team, and provides strategic financial recommendations to the CEO.Preparation of annual budgets and the company's 4-year strategic plan. As well as the follow-up of these and the analysis of deviations and projection of budget items (purchases, sales, operating costs and stock mainly).Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.Analysis and approval of store expansion projectsResponsible for external audit and group internal compliance.Treasury management.Monthly preparation of cash flow projectionsbanking negotiationstax preparation and accountingEnsure that procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed.Requirements: Bachelor Degree in, Business Administration, Finance
Fluent in English, French & Spanish
• Solid analytical skills. Ability to anticipate and comfortable working with fast paced deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and across business units.
• Experience managing teams.
• Proven experience in the RETAIL sector
• Demonstrates a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Experience with Business Intelligence and financial reporting systems
