We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the contracting processes of all our cloud transactions and optimizing our end-to-end finance processes to drive our consumption-based business model.
Responsibilities: Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to Go-to-Market Leadership, sales and customer success community and other internal stakeholdersAct as Make's main point of contact for the central Celonis Finance function (Deal Desk, Billing, Booking, Collections, etc.)Continuously improve and automate Finance processes and optimize them for Make's consumption-based businessProvide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, manage risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales and customer success team on our latest product bundles and offeringsIndependently scope and execute project work with minimum oversight to meet goals identified by ManagementWork closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close dealsEnsure compliance with internal controls and timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account ExecutivesHandle day-to-day transactional deal pricing requestsWhat we are looking for: A University Degree in Business, Law, Economics or similarRelevant working experience in Cloud/SaaS Business, Sales Operations, Deal Desk or comparable fields is a plusA deep understanding of financial and contractual concepts and familiarity with standard legal termsA clear business focus, thriving for commercially beneficial outcomesThe ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actionsA collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issuesA detail- and results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environmentThe ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every dayMultinational team with 48 nationalities creating the future of automationLearning & Development plan25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holidayExtra parental vacation (3-6 months)RSUs grant for a newborn childGym passMeal and transportation tickets, medical insurancefamily leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and
