We invite you to explore the opportunities and benefits of being part of our team.Job PurposeThe Flight Operations Projects Engineer and EFB Administrator is responsible for key transformation projects within the flight operations area, including the implementation of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and various operational improvements.Main Responsibilities - TasksCoordinating project requirements, deadlines, and schedules with team members from different disciplines.Assisting in the coordination of operational areas such as training, compliance, safety, and external organizations.Identifying and resolving project issues through constant communication and governance meetings.Ensuring timely engagement with CAA and suppliers to meet project deadlines.Submitting project deliverables and maintaining documentation standards.Leading EFB administration and ensuring system continuity.Establishing effective project communication plans and executing them.Identifying new opportunities with pilots and managing customer satisfaction.Conducting post-project evaluations to assess project elements.Main RelationshipsCollaboration with departments in Operations area and CAA.RequirementsEducation: Aeronautical Engineering Degree (required).Experience: 3 years in engineering/operations project management in airline positions, previous experience in flight operations and/or EFB.CompetenciesTechnical documentation writing, planning, managerial skills, communication, VBA programming (desired).LanguagesFluency in Spanish and English.LocationViladecans (Barcelona).Our CultureWe thrive on teamwork and collaboration, fostering a positive working atmosphere.
