As a Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that effectively communicate our brand and product offerings to our global audience.

Translate and localize product content such as UI and support documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep knowledge of product features and goals.Create UX-driven, informative content that aligns with Factorial's tone of voice and business objectives.Analyze content performance, making improvements when needed.Participate in content audits with other product content specialistsDeep-dive into specific content challenges in team workshop sessionsWhat you bring:
