Besides negotiation areas, monitor quality & KPI's adherence-Ensure contracts / business engagements with suppliers are agreed, signed & registered in the system-Maintain all suppliers 'panel documentation up to date & regularly reassess vendor compliance and approval-Leverage SRM methodology: improve quality, having clear action plans and follow up done during the year-Contribute proactively to suppliers annual reviews-Maintain risk analysis and develop alternative sourcing (locations, suppliers, specifications) when relevantAccountability 3 : Budget & cost optimisation/ Performance reporting-Set budget standard prices for his/her subcategories & follow purchase price variances-Deliver financial targets for the portfolio through negotiations activities and proactive optimization projects-Drive the negotiation on all the terms & conditions including prices review with a TCO approach-Support Category manager and SBFE Procurement Director into driving the Make or Buy exercise providing Market analytics, proposing solutions, and implementing decisions-Ensure appropriate reporting to the Procurement management, financial update & PPMP-Define and follow a pipeline of Value optimization ideasAccountability 4 : Market Expertise and business partnering-BP with R&D to enable New Product Development reviews-BP with Quality to escalade & monitor quality incidents with suppliers in case of repeated non compliances-Provide market intelligence & relevant sectorial watch internally, through among others levers membership of Spanish fresh fruit association (Ailimpo)-Search for product sales opportunities in the market.
