Job Title: Global Operational Excellence Manager
Location: Barcelona, Hybrid
Job Description This profile will support the transformation of Galderma to a mature continuous improvement/problem solving organization e.g., implementing the fundamentals, problem solving, Tiered accountability etc. This position will lead and support critical complex global projects and activities across sites and regions and ensuring value is defined across the end-to-end value stream.
Key Responsibilities Design, development and implementation of our global lean supply and manufacturing programs.
Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end to end supply chains.
Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across teams globally.
Support key stakeholders across the end-to-end Value stream to assess the flow of value from suppliers to customers and identify targeted improvement opportunities .
Lead improvement initiatives working with key stakeholders to shape, manage, implement, and sustain improvements.
Promote the use of Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies, techniques and principles and support the development of an improvement focused culture within key stakeholder groups.
Promote the valuation of benefits through favourable KPI movement and the understanding of related financial impacts.
Support an active learning environment with the aim of enhancing capabilities and ways of working
Skills & Qualifications Proven professional experience using improvement methods. E.g. Lean, Six sigma, Agile Shingo etc.
Lean Six sigma Black Belt / Master black belt preferred.
Strong influencing, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and mindset of i innovative thinker and enthusiast for new digital
Demonstrated teaching and coaching skills.
Background in manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or engineering environments within a large global organization.
Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or cost oriented company experience is an advantage .
