The People team manages everything from benefits & employee engagement to professional development opportunities and more!What you will doManage global payrolls in multiple countries, including a strong understanding of international payroll regulations, tax laws and payroll pay, benefit and tax settlement.Use your experience to standardize policies, processes, procedures and controls.Reviews employee benefit elections are appropriately captured as payroll deductions and in earnings statements.Support relevant HR requests for reporting, benefits compliance in different regions.Familiarity with international payroll regulations and compliance requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant industry standards.Processes all payroll tax related transactions including but not limited to new hire tax set up, termination payments, taxability of benefit deductions, local tax withholdings, supplemental income taxation; taxable fringe benefits, visa tax exemptions, equity grants and option exercises.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and the ability to maintain strict data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive employee information.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle employee pay inquiries, with a high level of service, escalating issues as required.Provide support of Payroll projects as needed.What We're Looking ForExperience in managing payroll operations in multiple countries, including a solid understanding international payroll in multiple countries.Solid knowledge of payroll systems as well as the ability to evaluate, implement or upgrade technology.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills and creative problem solving abilities.Experience with Workforce HCM and reporting is required.Experience with a private company with 500+ employees or larger preferred;Ability to perform in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy;Strong MS Excel skills.What can Scopely offer me?Growth opportunities and the opportunity to work in a very diverse and international mobile gaming company.Hybrid workWFH benefits and exciting perks!A good team: we want to sustain and encourage a healthy, diverse team and maintain positive and constructive interactions.
