. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our direct selling business as well as our retail and wholesale channels. The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance customer satisfaction across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, strong strategic vision, and the ability to effectively manage multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives for the direct selling business, retail,and wholesale channels.Lead and motivate sales teams responsible for both retail and wholesale channels, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence. Oversee the development of product and pricing strategies that are tailored to the needs of both retail customers and wholesale partners, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Manage relationships with retail partners and wholesale distributors, negotiating agreements, and resolving issues to maximize sales opportunities and optimize channel performance. Utilize data analytics and market insights to track sales performance, identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in both retail and wholesale sales,identifying opportunities for innovation and adaptation to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing direct selling and retail operations, implementing appropriate controls and processes to mitigate risk. Foster a culture of customer-centricity and excellence in customer service, driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all sales channels. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives, demonstrating accountability and transparency. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in direct selling, retail, and wholesale channels. Strong strategic planning and execution skills,with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
