In this role you will support goFLUENT teams located in our office in Madrid and other countries.We are looking for junior-level candidates who are excited about technologies and good with hardware equipment. Successful candidates are proactive, user-oriented, and committed to deliver excellence in their daily work.We offer full-time employment and the usual work schedule of the Madrid office.Responsibilities :Your primary role is to set up and maintain a fleet of laptops and manage reliability of the WiFi office networks to assure users continuous productivity.Provide technical support to end-users who are experiencing issues with their computers both on-site and via remote calls.Install and configure software on laptops. This includes setting up new devices and configuring existing laptops for new employees.Perform regular maintenance on laptops to ensure they are running smoothly. This includes performing software updates and ensuring laptops are free of malware and viruses.WiFi network troubleshooting: installing, configuring, testing, and decommissioning network equipment, i.e. access points, routers, switches.Manage office hardware purchases with local office management teams and maintain the inventory.Generate and analyze reports and proactively seek for improvements to ensure long-term efficiency of office computers and networks.Qualifications:College degree or equivalent1-2 Years of experience in IT Support or technical position supporting PC hardware, peripheral and softwareKnowledgeable with Windows and macOS operating systemsWorking proficiency in English and SpanishSoft Skills Required:Proactivity and flexibilityGood team playerFast learnerExcellence in managing simultaneous projectsDetail orientedProblem-solving skillsOther language skills are definitely a plusWhat We Offer:Our culture is unlike anywhere else.
