Our customers expect that their solutions are built and delivered to the highest levels which begins with solid architecture. This includes re-fitting customers' legacy platforms that can no longer keep up with modern business demands.The Head of Architecture is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Architecture function, as well as managing both the Architecture and Principal Engineer teams.. They hold the responsibility of guaranteeing that the Architecture function is suitably centered on solution delivery and design activities, as well as aligning our technology selections with the rest of the group.The Head of Architecture will work closely with the **ITSG - Architecture - Director of Engineering & Architecture**, the Senior Director of ITS,other ITSG leadership members and all other MSP functions to ensure that architecture work is relevant and remains closely aligned to divisional and organisation priorities.The successful Head of Architecture will build and maintain strong relationships at peer level across the MSP division and across the wider organisation. They are responsible for leading the communication of Architecture workload, capacity, and constraints across MSP, while closely collaborating with the MSP PMO to guarantee that architecture demand and utilization are accurately reflected in PMO resourcing reports.**What you'll do**- Lead and develop the day to day delivery work of the MSP Architecture teams including the management of people, projects,and processes.- Act as an ambassador for the MSP Architecture function.- Work alongside the **ITSG - Architecture - Director of Engineering & Architecture** and the** ITSG - Director of IT Service Operations** to set tactical direction based on business initiatives and ensure this direction is presented and communicated to the team and other key stakeholders.- Planning, design, implementation and management of MSP services to support our customer needs
