Drawing on your experience and insights, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define our sustainability strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions.What you'll doDevelop and execute a comprehensive compliance, sustainability, and traceability innovation strategy aligned with Inspectorio's vision and objectives.Continuously assess and analyze global policies and practices in Sustainability/ESG, incorporating relevant insights into strategy development.Provide strategic insights derived from the analysis of global policies and practices in Sustainability/ESG to collaborate and drive our product direction.Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that add value to our clients.Lead the development of an ESG roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders to solidify Inspectorio's position as a technology leader in Compliance, Sustainability, and Traceability.Serve as a thought leader in the industry, engaging with clients, prospects, and policymakers to discuss compliance, sustainability, traceability, and Inspectorio's innovative approach.Present thought leadership content at events and conferences to advance Inspectorio's vision and establish our leadership position.Develop training programs and resources to educate internal teams and external partners on sustainability best practices and compliance requirements.Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.Represent Inspectorio externally, engaging with industry peers on industry-wide solutions and partnerships.QualificationsProven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in compliance, sustainability, or traceabilityDeep understanding of compliance, sustainability, and traceability practices and regulationsStrong technical background and knowledge of software development processesExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset and ability to think outside the boxPassion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the worldStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience working in the supply chain or manufacturing industry is a plusWhy it would be awesome to work with us Unlimited annual leave : Yes, you heard that right!
