As their Head of Marketing, you will be creating strategic plans to establish and enhance brand presence, allocate resources to different projects, and set both short-term and long-term goals for the team, provide guidance, vision, inspiration, and direction for the team.Position: Head of Marketing with EnglishLocation: Valencia, Spain (on-site)Employment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create, communicate, and execute marketing strategyIdentify the strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing opportunities for skill developmentConduct regular check-ins with team members, reviewing task progress, and offering supportShape, safeguard, and grow the overall brand of the agencyCommunicate overall business goals, priorities, and strategy to the teamKeep a close eye on key performance indicators and other metrics to identify areas of improvement and successPrepare, manage, and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgetsCoordinate with team members to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities within marketing projectsCollaborate with potential partners and sponsors, negotiating and managing relationships to create mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to brand visibility and credibilityOversee and execute PR activities, including media relations and press releases, ensuring that PR efforts align with the overall marketing strategyREQUIREMENTS:Excellent command of Dutch or German language, proficient English3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of young professionals2 years of experience working in a start-up/scale-up, fast-paced environment6 to 9 years of marketing experience and in-depth understanding of performance marketing (a plus if background in digital marketing)Recruitment industry knowledge a plusProven ability to build a brand and/or execute a rebrand in the pastExperience collaborating with agencies and freelancersAbility to grasp the bigger picture while also paying attention to detailExperience in budget managementAbility to switch from strategy to execution and support the teamExcellent communication and decision-making skillsOFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceContribution to your physical health (sports membership)Pension fund starting after a year ow employmentAll the tools to be successful at your jobA fast-paced scale-up environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: 55,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
