Head of Payments with igaming experienceExciting opportunity! We are looking for an experienced and results-drivenHead of Payments for aCuracao-licensed iGaming operator primarilytargeting LATAM and, secondarily, global markets.
The platform is both FIAT andcrypto fuelled, and the sportsbetting and casino-brand is rapidly expanding in terms of verticals and Geos.
Role & Responsibilities Take leadership of the whole Payments, AML & KYC departmentExplore and onboard multiple payments solutions across FIAT and cryptoEnsure regional payment solutions are availableacross multiple jurisdiction
Continuous development of payment and transaction optimization strategiesFacilitate smooth deposits / withdrawals processMonitor receipt of settlements from PSPsAML policy administrationPSP testing, selection, andintegrationsUpdate and improveprocesses and manualsfor Payments & AML deptWrite and update internal manuals for each PSPImplementation of a forward-thinking risk and fraud management strategyOwnership and management of payment and Anti-Fraud Management3rd party relationships: PSPs, KYC verification providers, AML software providersEducation, Skills & Experience At least two year's experience working in a leadership role within igamingpaymentExperience of payment processing in multiple regulartory jurisdictions globallyExperience of both FIAT and Crypto payment processingClean Police Conduct ReportExcellent communication skills in EnglishCommunication skillls in Spanish could be an advantageStrong analytical & reporting skillsHigh level of IT literacy:Advanced user of Excel & Word, web-related servicesAbout this role Salary €50-80K depending on location and experienceDiscretional bonusTo be located in Madrid or fully remote28 days paid annual leave + public holidays depending on locationPlease, apply with your detailed CV in English
