l Assess, study and recommend various initiatives that would drive customer acquisition, improve processes and enhance cost efficiency l Gather data and market insights to back up and support proposals l Oversee the activation and roll out of approved recommendations/projects l Champion a culture of Innovation and Sustained Success in the entire organization l Prepare business plans for key projects (especially new products) and abide by the agreed deliverables, budget and timing l Meet with stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve objectives, from start to finish l Generate presentation materials to either get buy in for proposals and/or to share mid and post results l Ensure high customer and client satisfaction l Creatively think of ways to grow the business and elevate it to a new level l Enthusiasm for the job as well as possessing integrity, competence, compassion and strong team dynamics. l Proven work experience in a similar role or position; over 8 year work experience l Excellent command of both English and Tagalog l Proficient in MS Office Programs l Background in Finance and/or Technology company is preferred l Firm grasp on principles of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Negotiation, Finance and Technology l Strategic Thinker, Big Picture Orientation and Proven Ability to Execute and Deliver Results l Great team player and deep ability to work well across other functions and diverse cultures l Willingness to travel and be relocated to other markets for both short and long term assignments Education Requirements College degree is required. A Master's Degree and or other advanced certification is preferred. Should be competent and comfortable using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word.
