Your profileDegree in relevant fields or equivalent training and experienceHSE specific qualifications/extensive knowledge – NEBOSH, CDM, ISO benchmarks5 years of experience of HSE in renewable energy projects10 years of HSE experience working on major projects and serviceExperience of working on HSE across the full project lifecycle of utility scale projects, from execution to serviceExperience working on projects across EMEA.Strong cultural awarenessPassion for your work, strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitudeFlexibility with international travel as and when required.Languages:- Fluent in English, additional language is a plusMain ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and maintain a holistic HSE strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.Collaborate with senior management to address safety concerns and integrate HSE into projects and service.Ensure compliance with local, regional and national HSE regulations.Execute audits, inspections, and address finding in HSE programs.Manage contractors, ensuring compliance and permits.Develop and implement HSE training programs.Establish and maintain incident reporting procedures.Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.Ensure personnel have required H&S training and qualifications.Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.Support HSE aspects in tendering activitiesStay up to date on renewable energy HSE regulations and update policy's to suit.Conduct risk assessments and mitigation across the portfolio in both projects and serviceCarry out regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with company policy, procedures and the relevant statutory provisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
