Offshore / HU Planning Engineer Location: Tenerife, Spain and Mauritania/Senegal. Language:Fluent in English. Contract Duration: 8-month contract. Airswift is looking for an Offshore / HU Planning Engineer to work with one of our customers in Tenerife, Spain. Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project objectives and timelines. Schedule development/update for Hook-up, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance. Support preparation of Offshore Works Progress Measurement System. Follow-up Offshore preparation activities. Support Offshore Managers (Hook-up, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance) with specific / detailed schedule and progress analysis. Support the Sail Away readiness Team with information regarding offshore preparation schedule / requirement (before sail away). Technical Support and Interface Management: Interface with design, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), risk assessment, and operations teams. Provide input data for design engineering and review subcontractor technical documentation. Organize, gather, and check data from subcontractors needed for installation engineering. Logistics and Equipment Planning: Prepare transportation plans, sea-fastening lists, and installation aids. Define and confirm required asset equipment with the Operations Department. Ensure smooth transmission of equipment and material requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Fluency in English is mandatory. proficient in scheduling / progress methodology and tools (P6 and MS Project) significant experience/knowledge in offshore Oil & Gas Project, preferably an experience on board FLNG/FPSO/platform. Communication skills at all levels including project management and staff. Valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate.
