Hotel Capital Markets Analyst

Savills, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Capital Markets Analyst to become part of the Hotel Business based in Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
Assistance in the execution of hotel transactions including sale and acquisiton of hotels and / or portfolios. Specifically, this professional will be focused on investment opportunities across Spain, Southern Europe and Mediterranean Region.Coordinating due diligence processes in connection with other teams (legal, finance, HR, commercial, technology, etc.).Participating in business development / pitching activities. Execution of the commercial activities required for the assets acquisition mandates (commercial proposals, presentations, dossiers).Financial Analysis of investment and divestment opportunities, including existing hotels, conversion buildings, plots and operating platforms. Financial Modelling, such as DCF, comparable company analysis, capital structure analysis, etc.Advisory Services: participating in lodging strategic projects, including but not limited to commercial due diligence reports (buyside advisory), operator search and financing projects.Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent. MBA, Finance or Hotel Postgraduate is desirable.It will be valuable experience (internship or permanent contract) in investment banking (M&A advisory, transaction services, corporate M&A or private equity).Microsoft OfficeFluency in Spanish and English is essential (verbal and written).
