Sales, Marketing) in order to identify customer needs, file convincing offers and work on efficient marketing campaignsExplore, identify and book trainersMonitor the enrollment of participants to public training sessions and in-house offers for up-to-date reportingObserve market developments and identify trendsEnsure and improve effectiveness and efficiency for delivery process of trainings and the related materialMaintain training catalogueGuarantee a high-quality service for external and internal customers (customer satisfaction)Manage data in our CRM systemREQUIRED EXPERIENCEBA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experienceAt least 3 years of working experience within the field of HR training of a service company requiredExperience with digital learning forms (e-learning programs, webinars, etc
