We focus on finding solutions that simplify the lives of commercial mobility companies.Our vision is to democratize the on-road mobility industry by creating sustainable financial & technological solutions for the benefit of our industry, society and the environment.Job DescriptionHR Specialist will ensure all HR documents, personal files, HR systems and HR administrative task are kept/executed/updated in line with legislation and EW standards with 100% accuracy and perfection.Preparation and management of all HR documents, keeping personal files in line with legal requirements and EW standards.Ensure all HR administration required by EW and relevant legislation as per HR Managers instructions.Maintaining all HR systems up-to-date and following all deadlines as set per HR Manager or COEs.Preparation of data for payroll and related activities (attendance, taxes, social fund, pension….) as specified by Reward team and HR Manager.Administration of HR systems (Hi Bob, Jira tickets…..)Ensures all legislation related activities are performed and documents prepared/done – regarding medical checks, security at work etc.Participation in HR projects as agreed with HR Manager with the aim of further professional growth and development.Runs regular and ad-hoc reports as requested and specified by HR Manager.Ensure all HR documents and HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.QualificationsDetail oriented, self-organized, able to multitask, good time managementSomeone with passion for administration and system maintenancePrevious experience in similar position 2-3 yearsTeam player, good in communicationKnowledge of Spanish labor codeExperienced user of excel, able to do reporting, pivot tables, analytical skillsAdditional InformationWHY JOIN US?At Eurowag Group, we value our employees' well-being and professional growth.EW is diverse, disruptive and still evolving; we choose newcomers not only by skill but also by whether they can be real colleagues through shared values.
