KEY REPONSIBILITIES: RecruitmentLead the recruitment process in PortugalDesign talent attraction strategies, utilizing various recruitment sources and assessment techniques to identify qualified candidates.Comprehensive Employee Management in Portugal:Act as the main point of contact for employees in Portugal, providing support and guidance on human resources-related mattersLabor Relations: Advise employees on labor issues, internal policies, and local labor regulations.Occupational Risk Prevention: Develop and implement occupational risk prevention programs in compliance with Portuguese legislation, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.Talent Development: Identify training and professional development needs of employees in Portugal, implementing training programs tailored to business needs.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, with a specific focus on personnel selection and employee management.Languages: Proficiency in PortugueseDesirable:Deep knowledge of Portuguese labor law and human reources practices.HRIS (SSFF, WorkDay…)Excel & PPTSKILLS:
