The North Search International Human Capital Consultantwill play a vital role in enabling the organization's strategic core businessthrough developing and cultivating external talent acquisition. You will partner up with our leadership teamto support searches andadvise on designing and implementing solutions that will answer client needs.
What You Will Do Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates and clientsacross a variety of countries/locations in different industries.Design and activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact pipelines of talent.Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates, and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfillment of positions in a timely manner.Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness.Determine the best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, and job boards, to deliver top-notch candidates in an efficient and effective manner.Support optimization initiatives of recruiting process/tools/systems.Manage ongoing relationships with clientsto ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service.Who You Are Experience in recruitment within corporate or consultancy.Excellent communication skills in Spanish.Able to be a master inrecruiting technologies, such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other related systems and tacticsGood interpersonal and coaching skillsDemonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starterAbility to earn the trust and respect at all levels across our company, candidates, and clientsthrough leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standardsAt North Searchwe are entrepreneurs.
