The RoleWe are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The HR Generalist will partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and support the implementation of Solera's HR strategy with respective business units in EMEA. The HR Coordinator will ensure the quality while providing relevant inputs for decision making and recommendations in order to drive the One Solera initative and support the business.What You'll DoSupports the HRBP leadership on the implementation of a holistic talent approach: strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, goals and development, performance management, total rewards and recognition, and succession and mobility.Leads onboarding for EMEA employees (partners with recruiting, facilitates employee orientation, new hire paperwork, etc.).Foster a positive employee environment and partners with HRBP to resolve any issues that may surface.Ensure all HR processes and policies are appropriately documented and housed for employees to reference.Strong focus on metrics to help drive organization and HR efficiency, improve key processes, and make determinations to enhance the teamAccountable of efficiency, execution, and effectiveness of HR services that generate the growth in the business.Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed.What You'll BringPassion for driving results through HRFocus on identifying the root cause of a problem that needs solvingDesire to work in a fast-paced, complex environmentGrowth mindset and passion for learningExcellence in prioritization and planningAt least 6months to 1 year of Human Resources experienceBachelor's degreeGood verbal and written communication skills in English and German#J-18808-Ljbffr
