In this pivotal role, you'll directly report to the EMEA HR Director and you will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall objectives.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures while fostering a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement.Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsabilities:- Align business objectives with employees and management- Conduct weekly meeting with main Business Unit stakeholders. Work closely with Directors in order to align, define priorities and provide HR guidance.- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the business and HR team.- Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations Issues.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of EMEA legal requirements related to day by day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.- Partner with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, increase productivities and retention.- Provide HR Policy guidance.- Develops documents for new hires, promotions, grievance, dismissal, etc.- Advice on talent development and organizational changes- Provide guidance on work force planning,- Perform other related duties as assigned.- Budgeting- Support the HDR and the HQ Team in the Talent Development and Culture projects, partnering with the Local HRBPs and BUDs in performance Management, training needs, succession plans and career paths, calibrations, etc
