What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative on our team, you will:Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations)Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or emailManage the back-office of reservations (issuance,modification and cancellation of reservations)Provide after-sales service (litigation and compensation management)Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents) Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in Flemish plus an advanced level of French and English,Are yourself!
