We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP MM and WM modules to optimize business processes related to material management and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MM and WM functionalities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Job Functions: Design, configure, and implement SAP MM and WM modules to support business processes and enhance efficiency. Provide expertise in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SAP MM and WM. Conduct system testing, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP MM and WM applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and 3PL partners to integrate SAP MM and WM with other modules and systems, like SAP FI and SD. Expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay process and expertise in SAP WM solutions that seamlessly integrate with 3PL systems and processes. Knowledge in SAP master data setup and processes. Collaborate with end-users to provide training and support, addressing issues and ensuring user satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Material Maintenance (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) systems analysis. Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP MM and WM modules. Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules. Proven ability to lead external support team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes. SAP certification in Material Maintenance and Warehouse Management is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of and experience in GxP regulated environments is a plus Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
