Junior Accountant - Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables

The  Adler Pelzer Group  is a worldwide leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of acoustic and thermal components and systems for the automotive sector.With more than 15,000 employees and approximately 100 manufacturing and R&D facilities, we deliver to all major car brands globally.We are establishing a new Shared Service Centre in Zaragoza city and looking for experienced accountants with fluent English and Spanish for the Accounts Payables team.Your tasks: Creation of New suppliers account and support database management Managed procurement process and control Ensure full chain compliance from P.R, P.O, reception and invoicing process and validation Control and validate invoice received (invoice information) Book and controls invoices and credit notes Reconcile issues and claims with suppliers Provide invoices and payments reconciliations Reconcile PTP with RTR Monitor teams efficiency on AP process Treat NRFT invoice and propose appropriate solution Support EDI, Self bill, or Retro billing, process with suppliers Manage issues, claims, price differences and analyse invoice differences Support month end closing and processes Issue payments according to payment terms NRFT Follow up Participate/support Add Hoc financial and transversal projects Flexible to work with OTC , R to R, or other SAP module Ideal Profile: University degree or equivalent education degree 5+ years professional experience in Accounting including Account Payable domain; preferably in the automotive industry Profound experience in SAP FI, MS-office and consolidation IT systems Very good English skills, Spanish and French is a plus Knowledge in IFRS (is a plus) Process oriented task management Assertiveness and good communication skills We offer: Opportunity to build a new office and team from scratch Competitive salary and benefits Further professional growth within a global multinational company Home-office option (after initial training/settlement period)
