Junior KYC Analyst Are you an enthusiastic and proactive team-player that wants to join our growing KYC team in Madrid? Is bringing your unique personality and problem solving abilities to the table important for you?

What you will do You will communicate directly with our (sub)merchants and be the first point of contact for every-onboarding related matterPerform KYC checks on sub-merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation and iterate on the process flowBe an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feeding back feedback and issues you get back from merchantsBe an internal advisor for onboarding related questions in the local officeWho you are You have a great sense of responsibility and you take ownership for your workYou have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the boxYou are a great communicator with a strong team spirit, not afraid to step out of your comfort zoneYou have an analytical and critical mindsetYou get a sense of achievement from solving operational problems and helping othersYou have an affinity for Onboarding / KYC / CDD and operational processes and you are interested in learning more about it;Experience in KYC / CDD field is a plus You can speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be considered a plusYou are able and willing to do a rotating weekend (including bank holidays) shift
