.Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Coordinates within ITG to respond to and resolve all system / application issues.Design and maintain expertise in flow of application processes and systems.Performs root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain and applications availability. Communicates root cause analysis to relevant teams.Coordinates with Applications Development and Infrastructure Management divisions in administering code migrations in various environments and production outputs.Provides support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation for all issues and solutions.Manages application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for application/system-related issues.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent relevant work experience and/or hardware/software certification(s)At least 5 years of experience in a technical role with progression and increasing responsibilityExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsPractical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, and networking; technical know-how on programming languages like VB.Net and C# is a plusStrong software development and debug / troubleshooting skills; understanding of software development cycle, change and release management.Effective communication skills, including ability to communicate across all levels in the organization.
