Junior Litigation Lawyer

ROLE PURPOSE We´re looking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our Barcelona office and be part of the litigation department of ID FINANCE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Litigation: Massive judicial claimsDrafting of necessary documents during the life of the procedure in response to the Court's requirements or allegations when necessaryFollow-up and control of the judicialized filesAdditional tasks: Support the Senior Lawyers with the litigation strategyWork closely with the paralegal assistantsAssistance to provide legal advice and guidance to stakeholders as necessaryUndertake comprehensive legal researchKnowledge & skills Membership in the ICA.Very valuable course or program of specialization in Procedural Law and Arbitration.High level of English (C1 minimum).Proactive mindsetGood communication skillsResults orientation and commitment to meet deadlinesBusiness OrientedEnergy, resilience and optimismAbility to work as part of a teamEducation: Degree in Law and possession of a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2-3 years in procedural matters.
