WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Knowledge Expert (KE) within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team. You will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Operations KT business, growing and managing a team of Procurement experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives.You will support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Operations Practice Area in Europe and potentially globally. While contributing to case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.Additionally, as a Team Manager you will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of investment projects.
