Learning Coordinator, Amzl Supply Chain Learning

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed AMZL Supply Chain managers, all while coordinating and delivering a variety of learning activities.Key job responsibilities• Maintains mid to high-level knowledge in at least two AMZL Supply Chain areas. • Refines learning tools and techniques across AMZL Supply Chain• Plans and delivers onboarding plans, refreshers and other trainings• Creates training content• Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning• Improves associates' job-related skills• Develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage scheduler development• Identifies areas for cross training and assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans• Partners with Quality team to offer learning solutions to improve defect trendsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Barcelona, ESPBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook- Intermediate to advanced level of EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Prior training, teaching or presentation experience- Previous experience as Ambassador in Forecast team- Willingness to work in different areas or shifts as required by training needs- Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities
