The role will part of a growing and talented Technology Team and will report directly into our IT Head-Digital Channels. This is a critical role that will help the Technology organization in the development and integration of the SW that will be built for a new family of products, delivering the world's most advanced and intuitive smart alarm product suite.Responsibilities will include:Monitor processes to be working towards delivering client satisfaction Definition and monitoring individual and team objectivesFacilitates the team meetings but not as a decision maker, collaborates and facilitates the team in organizing the BAUHelps the team to the adoption of Tools and Techniques aligned with the CompanyWorks closely with the PO. Identify system improvements, and follow plans to get themExperience and Qualifications:Linux sysadmin of minimun 5+ years of experience in system Administration in critical production environments.Minimun 3+ years of experience managing systems teams in production enviroments.Education in telecommunications, information technology or similarOwnership of the following enviroments: AD, ADFS, Azure, VMWare, antivirus, backup & restore.Theoretical knowledge of network (routing protocols, network diagnostics)General knowledge of databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, Oracle, etc.General knowledge of infrastructure of a DPC and ability to quickly solve problems and propose new solutions.Medium to high level of english (at least B2)Other requirements:Knowledge in storage systems (SAN/NAS)Knowledge in VMWare deep architecturesKnowledge in Public Cloud architecturesKnowledge in automation tools (Ansible Towe / AWX)Knowledge in middleware servers (Weblogic/Tomcat/Jboss)You have 2 years of experience with scrum master or other agile methodologies.Competencies: - Strong analytical skills - Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong willingness to learn - An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment - Independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgements, and enable efficient decision making - A match to our culture – high energy and flex, fantastic at communication and huge amounts of drive.
